Warehousing

Warehousing

Bonded and non-bonded storage, pick-and-pack and inventory visibility across our hub network.

Overview

Service overview

Our warehousing service gives you storage and fulfilment capacity without the capital cost of running your own facility. Space is available on flexible terms — from a handful of pallet positions to a dedicated bay — inside the same regional hubs that handle your road freight and last-mile delivery, so stock is already positioned close to the lanes it needs to move on.

Beyond straight storage, our teams handle receiving, put-away, pick-and-pack, kitting and outbound consolidation. Bonded storage is available at hubs with customs licensing for goods awaiting duty clearance, alongside standard non-bonded space for domestic stock.

Inventory counts, stock ageing and movement history are visible through your account, so a stock check doesn't mean a phone call and a wait for someone to walk the aisles.

Why It Exists

Problems this service solves

  • Paying for and running your own warehouse space when volumes fluctuate seasonally.
  • Stock sitting far from the delivery lanes it actually needs to move on.
  • No real-time visibility into what's in stock, what's aging, or what's about to run out.
  • Imported goods stuck in limbo waiting on customs clearance with nowhere compliant to hold them.
  • Order fulfilment handled in-house when it could be consolidated with outbound freight.

What's Included

Capabilities

01

Palletised and bulk storage across our regional hub network, short-term or contracted long-term.

02

Bonded warehousing at licensed hubs for goods awaiting customs clearance.

03

Pick-and-pack, kitting and order consolidation for e-commerce and B2B fulfilment.

04

Cycle counting and stock reconciliation on a scheduled or on-demand basis.

05

Cross-docking for stock that only needs to transfer between inbound and outbound freight, not sit in storage.

How It Runs

Process

  1. 1

    Onboarding and space allocation

Volume, pallet profile and turnover rate are assessed to allocate the right storage type and hub location.

  2. 2

    Receiving and put-away

Inbound stock is checked against purchase orders or ASNs, then put away and logged against your inventory record.

  3. 3

    Ongoing storage and stock management

Cycle counts, ageing reports and reorder-point alerts keep inventory data current.

  4. 4

    Order fulfilment

Pick-and-pack requests are actioned against your SLA, whether for a single B2B dispatch or a batch of e-commerce orders.

  5. 5

    Outbound dispatch

Fulfilled orders move directly into our road freight, express or last-mile network for delivery.

Equipment

Vehicle & equipment requirements

  • Warehousing runs on facility and racking capacity rather than owned vehicles. Forklifts, pallet jacks and racking are rated for standard palletised loads up to 1.5 tonnes per position; bulkier or irregular stock is assessed case by case.
  • Dock access supports both curtain-side trailers and rigid trucks for receiving and dispatch.
  • Ask your account manager about bonded-facility requirements if you're storing goods pending customs clearance.

Coverage

Warehousing operates across our regional hub network. See depot locations, lane coverage and transit estimates on the coverage map.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Bonded storage is licensed for goods still awaiting customs duty clearance; non-bonded is standard storage for domestic stock that's already cleared.

Yes — fulfilment services are available on flexible short-term terms, though rates are generally better with a contracted volume commitment.

Stock levels, ageing and movement history reflect same-day activity — cycle counts and receiving are logged as they happen, not batched overnight.
